By participating in LAVALED’s interactive LED "Floor is Lava" game, you agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Players participate at their own risk.
LAVALED is not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property damage during the game.
Players must wear closed-toe shoes for safety reasons.

2. Age & Supervision Policy

Minimum age: 5 years old.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

3. Booking, Payment & Arrival

All payments for game sessions must be made in-person at our location. We currently accept cash only.
Players must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled game time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at our discretion.
Operating Hours & Last Sessions:
The closing time displayed on our schedule indicates the start time of the final play session of the day, not the actual facility closing time.
The facility will remain open until the completion of all scheduled sessions.
Customers booking the final session of the day are still required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the session start time.
LAVALED reserves the right to adjust the last available session time based on operational requirements.

4. Conduct & Safety

Players must follow all game rules and staff instructions.
Smoking of any kind, drugs, and alcohol are strictly prohibited.
LAVALED reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant who does not adhere to safety guidelines.

5. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
